Al Howard
Chief Financial Officer
Al has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, human resources, and corporate administration through a variety of management positions. Al is the Chief Financial Officer at TeleSoft, responsible for finance and administration. He serves on the Board of VCBC, a 300+ member organization of finance professionals in venture capital and private equity across the United States.
Before joining TeleSoft, Al was a financial consultant working with small businesses. Prior to that, Al was the Chief Financial Officer of Creative Communications; Vice President of Finance and Administration and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Hydro Agri, a wholly owned subsidiary of Norway's Norsk Hydro; Chief Financial Officer and Board member of Wilson & Geo. Meyer & Company; worked with Pete Marwick / KPMG and was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.
Al received his CPA certificate while with KPMG, did coursework in accounting and finance at California State University and Golden Gate University, and received a B.S. degree in Psychology from Colorado State University.
Al enjoys skiing, scuba diving, golf and coaching youth basketball.
