Sebastian focuses on new and existing investments.
Prior to joining TeleSoft, Sebastian worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers, where he analyzed strategic alternatives, performed financial analysis and managed deal processes on equity, debt, M&A and leveraged buyout transactions for clients in the semiconductors, software and media spaces.
While at Lehman, Sebastian advised a range of clients including Avago Technologies, Cadence Design Systems, Freescale Semiconductor, Go Daddy, ON Semiconductor and VISA International on a variety of strategic and financial transactions. Prior to Lehman, Sebastian worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Shoreline Partners, a middle market investment bank.
Sebastian graduated with honors from the University of California, San Diego with a BS in Mathematical Economics and has completed a graduate level program in Finance at the same institution.
Sebastian enjoys camping, snowboarding and exploring remote parts of the world.
