Sacramento Kings
In 2013, Arjun joined Vivek Ranadive and other partners to form a new ownership group and acquire the Sacramento Kings NBA Team. Next the ownership group developed the Golden One Arena, which opened in 2016. Further to help revitalize downtown Sacramento, the group is now developing over one million square feet of mixed use real estate for retail, commercial, hotel and residential uses. The Sacramento Kings players currently are one of the youngest teams in the NBA. In April 2019, Luke Walton joined the Kings as their new head coach.
