Paul has over 40 years of professional experience in accounting, finance and management at various senior level positions. He served on the board of Knowledge Adventure as well as the board and Audit Committee of HomeStore (NASDAQ: HOMS) and the board of Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC). He has also served on the boards of Genuity and InterGen NV. With substantial experience in software development and implementation Paul has led several major software initiatives and was responsible for both internal development and the roll out of Oracle Financials Application for Bechtel. In 1990, Paul served as the founding president of the Oracle Applications Users Group now one of the leading user group in the software industry.
Paul is a Certified Public Accountant, received an MS in Accounting and a BSBA in Accounting from the University of North Dakota.
